Corporate Social Responsibility

At Island Eggs, we are committed to being stewards of the environment and reducing our environmental footprint. We have a number of initiatives underway that we are very proud of as a company, including:

  • LED lighting conversions which reduced energy consumption within the grading station and offices.
  • Waste diversion
  • Working with the local company BioFlame for alternative ways to heat water within the plant to reduce C02 emissions
